“We woke up on one of these single-digit mornings to find a bedroom window had broken in the night and glass was all over the floor and cold air was pouring into the house. Even Steven responded to my plea for help within minutes and was in the house assessing the damage an hour later. He quickly and competently covered the window to keep out cold and snow, and we made plans to replace the glass when it is warm enough to do so properly.
