Hourly rates are set and a work agreement is provided prior to starting your project. Steve will always be upfront with you about prices! Please feel free to ask questions before, during and after the work. 

  • Hourly rates start at $100/hr for the first hour of the day, then $75 per additional hour. Rates may vary depending on site conditions and nature of work. 

  • Emergency repair work rates for holidays, nights, weekends will vary.

  • A down payment may be required to schedule repair and improvement work.

  • Material costs may include a markup to cover shopping and loading time, per the provided work agreeement.
